In every session, we explore a new theme — like kindness, connection, or presence — not just as a concept, but as an energy to feel, embody and sit with.
Through meditation, stillness, and Soul-level reflection, you're invited to reset your nervous system, awaken your inner wisdom, and reconnect with the deeper truth you carry within.

The Sacred Circle is a live, bi-weekly guided meditation space held via ZOOM.
We meet every second Thursday live at 6:00 p.m. (Central European Time)
→ That’s 9:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 p.m. EST
Each session has a theme and lasts about 90 minutes and includes:
🌿 A reflection practice
🌿 A grounded, somatic drop-in
🌿 A guided Quantum Meditation
🌿 A short, optional sharing space to close
These gatherings are not scripted or pre-recorded. They are alive, intuitive, and co-created through the frequency of everyone present. The themes we explore — like Stillness, Kindness, inner Guidance — are inspired through YOU and your input.
