Quantum Hypnosis is a rather different type of hypnosis, taking you to a level of trance we call the Somnambulistic level. It is a very natural state, which we experience twice a day: the moment before we fall asleep and right before we wake up.

what does a session look like?
PRE-talk
We'll first talk about where you currently are in your life and what exactly you’d like to gain more clarity about. We'll go through the list of questions you prepared beforehand, set a clear intention and make sure you’re feeling supported and excited about the session.
Then, we'll gently dive into the hypnosis, where we will have a look at one or two Past Lives. This will help us connect the dots regarding your current life, deepening your understanding of where certain patterns may come from, but also to find out more about your passions and to give your life purpose and direction. Your Higher Self, which knows everything about you beyond time and space, will provide you with guidance and information that is for you to know in this particular moment.
Hypnosis Journey
Grounding
After the actual hypnosis, we'll take time to review your experiences and the most important messages you received during the session. This review is essential to begin integrating these insights into your everyday life. Before we close the session, we will focus on grounding exercises to ensure that you are fully awake and centered.

Within two weeks after your session, we’ll come together for a follow-up meeting to reflect on your experience and integrate the insights you received. This is an opportunity to revisit any open questions, address any shifts or changes you’ve noticed, and explore how to apply the wisdom from your Higher Self to your daily life. We’ll make sure the transformation continues to unfold in alignment with your soul’s journey.
